Yes it looks good - I have put my first suggestion at the foot of the page - an email gismo that puts the subject in as well as a few lines of text into the body of the email.

I have come across Cannon Fodder but where and when escapes me at the mo - I have so many Researchers who talk to me just once or twice and their name gets set into the brain box but very little of the discussions and the who, what,where.
So without going into an extensive search I am unable to dig out details - perhaps on the Welcome mat or mabe Cannon Fodder came here. I am sorry I cant remember.
