well there is no date set but we agreed that every twelve hours that i go without a cigarette... i get a kiss from him i told him that since i have to quit and since i am very interested in having kisses from him that why not put the two together so i havent smoked for 22 hours... and have been kissed twice

I know how you feel

the kissing to quit smoking idea isnt working because it took away the spontaneousness of our just only new relationship aaaaaaaand also made him feel confined...

as it turns out... and i am not surprised and am glad to know it... have the information, that is, not glad it is so.... he has a number of girlfriends he jumps on the merry-go-round with... which knowledge of course does not interfere with a friendship... but does interfere with this particular unevolved person here in the name of fluffykerfuffle who is intrinsically monogamous...does interfere with my comfort zone in the realm of merry-go-round riding...

and how am i gonna feel if someday i want to ride the merry-go-round and he's already on it with someone else?! ...probably upset i think... if for no other reason but that, as far as playground equipment goes... i have always hated to wait my turn.

aaaaanyway... i am rallying already and just hope what has transpired does not interfere with our friendship... as i do so treasure his personality
