Sigh, Psi, not /another/ voyage where essential provisions were left unloaded on the quayside ... here and you've left all the necessary documentation with them, they were cleared for loading all along but in your haste to catch the morning tide, you missed them
I know you weren't really being unkind, and you're quite right because the cost of just two treatments would buy the Garmin, on eBay, like wot glitz got. OTOH and happily for me, your misgivings remain where they started: unfounded

Glad to hear the round trip was completed in spectacular time
We can indeed agree to differ as my RL accelerates away from your doubting, Thomas

What's odd is that, despite my very best practical efforts to undermine the um Placebo Effect ... it is working

Just returned from the sorting office since whilst my round trip was in progress, my letterbox was too small. So thanks, I'll see who might be suitable recipients, being risk averse myself.

Well, how was I to know?
Although I can understand that you're risk averse, and why, do remember that the contents will not be affected and there can't be /that/ /much/ casing.
I've since discovered that it's only the larger size which is adversely affected, and what I sent you seems fine ... ahem, so how am I going to explain to hobby farmer why his box is almost empty?

True, you weren't to know
I'm a little troubled by the notion of pralines which contain only traces of nuts.

clink
That worried me, too. Actually, it shocked me and then, with something of a jolt, I seemed to recall either Frau Swiss or her mother telling me that a praline is a filled chocolate rather than solid chocolate (such as the pavés).
As the Swisses are about to go to Dorset on holiday, flying either tomorrow or Saturday, I've just emailed them to ask whether this might be false memory on my part, although what I recall might be right for that region:

With any luck, one of your victims will tell you you're not missing anything ... which would be a useful device on their part and they'd never fib, would they

OTOH you could always send them back
I'll let you know if and when I hear from the Swisses, although it could come too late ...
G'nite!

Indeed ... anyhoo, thanks for helping me offload my little lack of self discipline problem
No news, maybe you'd better just embrace the pleasure you'll get at 'sharing' /all/

Ennivay, or anyway, your topic for consideration today is:
To what extent might unconditional forgiveness be an essential or necessary component of unconditional love?

Psiomniac Posted Sep 24, 2010
Hmm, tough one. I'd say the answer depends on whether we can love the unforgiven. Also, unconditional love can't really be conditional on forgiveness, since that's a contradiction.

There's a helicopter hovering overhead, for the past half hour or so. Should I be worried? How dangerous can an orchard full of ancient pear trees be?
The Oracle has spoken, kerpling. She says yes, I was right, but no-better-not to you
Surely the idea is supposed to be to love/forgive the transgressor whilst disapproving of the transgression?
I'm left wondering whether, when/if the love is unconditional, it is always right to forgive unconditionally; and how many times this should be allowed to happen.
Agree that the direction can't be reversed, from conditional forgiveness to unconditional love (or can it? hmmm).
Additionally, forgiveness may be appropriate if the individual offering unconditional love is not the direct victim ... hmmm, again.
Key: Complain about this post
