'Combination' ... the difficulty when writing in a conversational style is the presentation of what is actually a multiple rather than single choice list, as the elements are only separated by commas; so I veered away from the formal &/or, which is ok written but which I don't much like ... never worked out why people tend to use 'et cetera' or even 'ect' when speaking, as I was taught to use that "and so on" does the job equally well and in a less clunky way.

Well it seemed to do the trick anyway.
