My research interests will centre on the things that I understand best namely music and food. Who was it who said "If music be the food of love I'll have a foxtrot on toast"?
My kind of music is organ and choral and mainly in the church style. I am currently providing my services as an organist at St John's Church Seven Kings (east of London) where they have a fine organ by Copeman Hart.
As for food I am the true omnivore i.e. I will eat literally anything.
At home I have a Compton Concert organ as well as a Roland midi setup. When time permits I will add some more details for anyone who may want to read this egocentric tripe.
