You're putting your articles into the Review Forums and that's the right thing to do 
. You don't need to make an announcement to the h2g2 Editors each time. The Editors keep an eye on Peer Review but don't get involved until the latter stages. When the peer review process has run its course, and the article has been picked by a Scout, the Editors will allocate it to a Sub-Editor who will edit your work and pass it back to the Editors for a final checking before it goes into the Edited Guide.
Articles cannot be picked from Peer Review until their incubation periods (usually a week) have passed. The whole process can take several months to complete.
