Hello,
I've lost my way somehow, and can't get back into my identity. Yesterday i was in the middle of a session and suddenly everything went Alabaster and H2G2 no longer recognised me. Further to this I couldn't log back in. All this happened at the same time as one of my guide entries was removed, is it possible my personal details were accidentally removed too? Or is it maybe that i'm a bit of a spanner? My login name is Phyll Smith, and my user id is The Autist Formerly Known as Flinch. I've been on here about two months. Heeellllllppp! Please.

That happened to me but I can't remember the outcome. Might have been password problem.
I think if you email Abi or Peta or Mark, giving your originating email address that is the sort of thing that can help.

Research reveals I emailed:

Who replied:
"Here are the details for your 'old' account. Go to

confirming my original email address and password, but I'm sure that "Doddering old git" won't help you at all.

Hi Jim & Plaguesville!
Here is what you do if you have problems logging in! Email h2g2 Support at [email protected] and they will deal with your query.
Remember to include your Researcher number for the account you are having problems accessing and the email address you registered with.
