For the second Bank-holiday weekend H2 goes into major meltdown with hours off-line.
Are they trying to prepare us for something I wonder?

Drought?

Despite monsoon like downpours and almost continuous rain, East Surrey began its first day with the new restrictions on the use of water. The ban on certain types of water usage has almost guaranteed that the summer of 2006 will be wet.
We have made a good start. The meteorological office has today announced that May has been the wettest on record.

St George's Day

The local community has made a considerable effort and bedecked the village centre with flags. It looks quite gay.
I made a bit of an effort with a flag on the car yesterday and today. Surprisingly quite a few others have too. ...and I haven't been asked who we are playing yet.
