My first attempt !!
My name is Mary. We live in Leith in Edinburgh. A very nice place to stay. There is always a lot going on and the folk around here are friendly. My hobby at the moment is collecting cats both alive(We have three Tigger Smudge and Cinders all rescued Moggies) and ornamental ones china or pictures that is. We enjoy eating out in Leith there are some particularly good restaurants here, some with "A NAME" and some that are just there. We like the quiet ones with good service and a real personal touch, not the engineered ones like "Have a nice day". It makes such a difference to be greeted, because they really took the trouble to notice the last time you came, what you like to drink, or particularly like to eat without taking over. I feel as if I've gone out to eat with friends. At present I am not actually working though I trained as a general nurse in Edinburgh then went on to do Psychiatry also in Edinburgh. I had a break from the NHS for three years whilst I became a QARNN (Naval Nursing Sister.) That has to have been a really interesting time in my life. Then back to psychiatry until now. The future is yet to be written ??? !!! CindersConversations
