Long time no speak
how are you and how is life treating you - ?
I hope you are well

Great to see you lostbagpuss. Life is treating me very well. We live in a lovely area, with a beach to walk the dog, it is a bit colder than the Caribbean but it is lovely to be home.

How are you. Are you still working hard. I never see you or Adrian or any of the others even Tony has disappeared. I sent Woody an email saying I could'nt find you all but he didn't reply.

Yep I am still here - just been busy doing other things but am back now - adrian had his internet access at work taken away so he isnt able to get on now - I see ditz is still here tho and am glad you all are
last I heard you were some what medically retired and werent working is that still the case ? and how is that lovely dog is he well - bet he loves the beach

Sorry to hear that Adrian isn't about anymore. I am still disabled but the doctor has put me on some tablets to help me lose weight so that I can have a double knee jobby.

My husband has been busy putting together a web site and we should be up and running selling vitamins, minerals, lovely animal friend skin and hair products and teas on the internet.

What a brilliant learning curve it has been for me. I hadn't a clue websites were so complicated.

Yes, Ruud loves the beach and we try and get him there as often as possible. We have a large garden too and he has made loads of friends even the postman gives him a treat every morning.

doesnt sound too good having to have both knees done - are they painful ?
the website sounds great let me know when its up and running cos I would def be interested and I might have an auction site you could sell on too

Sounds a great idea about the auction site. We shouldn't be too long now before we are up and running. I just hope it happens in time for some Christmas sales.

My knees do ache a lot but I keep keeping on and although I suffer afterwards I do like to walk about a bit, certainly on the lovely beaches here. The other thing about excersise is of course that the tablets the doctor has given me do take 33% of the fat out of my food but you have to move about a bit too.

All in all I am OK, probably happier now than ever before. Lots to do lots to look at and lots to think about also I am now a Grandma.

well I am glad its not getting you down too much and I am sure that all that walking must be doing you good

I was a foster child with no family ahh and so she is a bit special to me.

How about you what are you up to? Still working hard in the same place? I remember you were always on the run.

Getting a bit nippy these nights although my big furry dog loves it, he even swims in the sea when we go to the beach and it is bloody freezing.

The leaves have all fallen off the trees onto the lawn which is a bit of a pain, I suppose you are suppoed to sweep em up or some such.

yep it is chilly at night but during the day it has been lovely very sunny - you are only sposed to sweep leaves up if you want to if you like looking at them leave em lol
that dog must be mad ! in the sea? and I bet you get wet too off him - very nice ( not )

Oh yes, lets face it, there is no fun getting wet unless you can shake over some poor soul. OK I will leave the leaves they will rot and do the garden good.

Bloomin clocks go forward on Saturday, I will really miss the light evenings.

yes and me - when I am on earlies I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark lol
and it surely is a dogs life - i took sam out earlier and i think he must have sniffed every leaf and twig and then muddy paws indoor swine !
