hiya, err, slow, watched it for first time myself last nite, or should say early hours this morning. Some good stuff I think, about 30 minutes or there abouts useable anyway, now loaded in the editing program. Been out today at hopsital plus visit from brother so not done anything with it today.

Hiya yes, i just took multi-tasking to the limits hehe no serious damage done, thankfully. Me and pooch are ok, funny you should mention him (Alf that is) he has just acted very strangely, he came up to me, winced a bit and then started circling, he seems settled now, i let him out for a bit, and he just cried he's now lying happily in bed.

No was'nt limping, something obviously stressed him out, he's three years old. We went out for our usual walk today through the fields and he suddenly looked really freaked out and was walking right next to me (usually he runs off ahead) so i thought 
Anyway tail was down, eyes wide open as we walked towards whatever was lurking in the bushes! Some little creature scurried off, could quite see what it was, but it seemed a threat to Alf 
Often we see huge foxes walking across the road, such a beautiful site, although they are found to be pests.

Poor thing,as you say probably just spooked.
Last year we had a fox in next doors garden, made a lair in the undergrowth and had 3 cubs. Next doors garden is somewhat overgrown,due to propety being empty for some time. Nice to look at foxes, but the bark is a horrible noise though!!

hiya Miz,
I is back again, bit better than I was at least.. Medication stays the same for the time being, further review by both GP and Cardiologist in few months time.
Now I need to find some real life distractions to keep the old brain occupied and try to maintain some level of fitness within the bounds and limitations the angina allows. My suggestion of stomping up Snowdon or Ben Nevis was met with a frown to say the least along with the quote, 'walk before you run'.
