A better one thank you, slept 6 hours! Have an appointment with the cardiac nurse this afternoon so will get some advice hopefully.

Is this because you've been off for half term?

It's probably because i have been having late nights, on here till about 2:00 am Sat morning, then snoozing here and there during the day..

I've left the m/ship on as it's all online and doesn't use pc space, but till i know a bit more about the workings of the site I'll hang fire, I don't like the fact that things seem to happen when i'm off line to it, such as your details disappearing. Tom's help center says you are blocked yet you don't show in the blocked list!!Most strange.You still show in the favourites list though
had similar issues with msn's space months ago, thats why i stoped using msn messenger as well as their space.

Well still nothing yet i'm just filling in a few hours having a read on how to write an entry but it's getting confusing

It can look daunting to start with but once you start it does get easier.It's similar to how you did your PS in terms of GuideML, just using paragraphs and headers rather than graphics or fancy text. Loads of help available though if you get stuck.
