I think that one day in the future every person born will have a micro-chip fitted ? no passport needed or ID papers etc and the "big brother" scenario - monitored wherever you are, justifiable by saying cuts to/in crime etc ?

True, but is it safe to assume that the necessary security will ever be good enough to prevent hacking and the like? Should we trust our"leaders" that much,ever?

In our countries there has been a push for paperless healthcare. Great concept, but over here at least, major breaches have already occurred.

the "good" find something for security etc, the bad find how to bypass it. The good block, the bad counter and that's never ending

trust is something that's very hard to put a finger on money/threats/greed all play a part but! as I told my kids 99% can say don't associate with "" he/she/they are bad. But! if they haven't done anything bad to you, then treat them as a friend until they prove different
