Congrats, Anna! Just one advice: don't listen to other peoples' stories regarding the birth of their children. It's a completely different experience for everyone, and most probably things that were important for them will be completely irrelevant for you and vice versa...
Congratulations!

Cheers! I've been trying to ignore those stories! But most women I've spoken to just tend to be quite brief on the subject. 'Have an epidural' they say and that's it... I'm feeling very open minded about the whole thing and will decide on a strategy when it starts happening!
Congratulations!

That's clearly the right strategy! If an epidural is what I think it is (anaesthetic in the backbone?), then it's nice of your friends to tell you this.
BTW: you might have a look at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A190720 for the time when the baby is there.
Congratulations!

Hi Anna! Congratulations, belatedly! oops... would be more appropriate, perhaps.
So, have you decided where you're going to become a mother? An odd question, I know, but questions of nationality are terribly important in deciding which country the sportsmen and ladies of the future might play for. I speak as someone who was supposed to be born in Swindon, but obviously panicked when I heard about this and decided London would be far nicer.
Congratulations!
