I am reading The Secret Garden by Burnett . I've never read till my eldelest friend (96!!! lady)'s children told me that their mother (my friend) was used to read it for them as bedtime story/under the wwII time both in English and Japanese (she put it in Japanese while she was reading English version). they todl me the very rough plot and that interested me a lot. And I bought (English one) then I found it very very charming and attractive one. I can't stop reading. But I usually read it on a train, I haven't finished reading yet. I'm sure I'll finish reading in a week The sroty reminds me of Howath as well as Wuthering Heights... And I miss Yorkshire a lot though I only had short visit to York.
I should read it when I was younger. It's full of imagination and I really enjoy it
both you and animal told me not to visit England now, and that the weather there was horrible. But The book described weather in York as very lol

I have read 2/3 of the Secret Garden Really lovely sroty it is. I think that we should READ it without any illustration or shouldn't watch any film of it, cos we may not enjoy the story itself that gives us amazingly numerous imagination.

This hilourious story makes me forget uncomfortable things
