i think its that ive a wekish signal, and the first wont send, the second is slow opening, and the third, i have to open twice to see them.

i rang to explain the problem of the no send email, and got the same excuse,

"we will have the team check the email and see whats causing it to not work".

i told him, i can tell you, the box isnt my usual one, 4000, its a new style one, and the incoming sognal isnt strong enough, and the "tap" in the box, needs to be increased to compansate for the new box, that must need the extra boost, but you can talk to the wall, i said ive been with cable from day one, i know the ins and outs of the system, and know the problem will in the end be the low signal. but still wont send an engineer till the email on their end as been checked i give up lol . jim

now they use the call center, i tend to get an operator thats bad on the workings of cable, or i cant understand what they are saying,
