i rang virgin to see what i can get back off the bill, as the box as been off altogether in the last few weeks, and the active down for nearly 2 days.

if the box is off, and you ring to say it is, and they know when it was repaired, they will re,emburse

but in their way of thinking, if the active is off, or cant be acsessesd, you get nothing, as they say is free.

the fact that you are unable to acsess the emails, or on demand, films, games and so on doesnt count.
