So all in my new flat now....
Posted Dec 1, 2011
But there is still so much to do. I am determined though for once in my life to unpack everything and find proper places. One of the best things about new digs is for the first time in my adult life I actually have:-
a) a nice flat and
b) a spare room.
So I really intend to actually be able to have people staying for once. That means not using spare room as a box room (even though every fibre of my lazy, messy, hoarder DNA is exhorting me to do just that ).
I am actually going to make myself a proper cleaning rota, to make sure I keep the place spik and span. I can't wait. Just wish there wasn't so much to do.
Got water now, though not hot, so shower at work tomorrow and extra socks in bed tonight!

Moving House
Posted Nov 4, 2011
You know I cannot wait to move at the end of the month. My anti social neighbours just eejits. Rule of thumb I think is if your neighbours can feel the vibrations in the soles of their feet whilst wearing shoes you are listening to your music too loud.
Counting down the days till the end of the month.

Birthdays in your 30s really are not quite so much fun.....
Posted Nov 6, 2010
Dunno if it is my recent health scare, or just that as one gets older celebrating it becomes less of a priority but I have been very underwhelmed by my Birthday this year.
All the same I have had a lazy breakkie of Bacon butties and tip top coffee. Watching some footy, F1GP and possibly a film later. And cooking from scratch a Lamb Tagine (which is bizarrely the highlight for me)...
How the mighty have fallen, I used to be such a hell man when younger, normally on Birthday weekend I would not get any sleep after finishing work on Friday till sunday night
Must say though a Lamb Tagine beats a savage hangover/come down.
So maybe it is progress after all!

Time to revamp my personal space.
Posted Apr 15, 2010
Well I think I am 7 or possibly 8 in hootoo years so it was about time I eventually updated my PS here.
Truth is I dont have as much time to spend on hootoo anymore, and whilst I am still here most days my PS needs to reflect the way I use hootoo these days, hence links to other social meeja!
Bit shorter, and sweeter and hopefully more functional.

30 Years old today..... how did that happen?!?!?!?!?
Posted Nov 6, 2009
Well I am officially no longer a "yoof" at least as classified by my trade union. Which I guess means I have to be a grown up now.
How on earth did this come along so quick. According to my Personal Space I am still 27!!!!
Oh well I suppose I had better start doing some partying
