I am that I'm seen as a pest when it comes to writing articles. I do enjoy writing them but I'm useless with grammar and my computer's not set up for English grammar even though I've tried to change it. I also should keep a note somewhere of all the errors I make regularly on the entries so that i'm not a pest to anyone.

Opti, all you need to do is make a note of all the changes that people suggest and make sure you address them all. Some people do get frustrated when they point out spelling mistakes, then you pop back in and say 'done' and they find you haven't changed them. Your Entries are usually excellent, and there are always plenty of people around to offer advice when you need it. Just make sure you've put things right when you say you have

I can imagine it must get confusing as well when you put a lot of Entries in review at once, because it's harder to remember what has been suggested for which Entry. I think that by working on one or two at a time you'd probably find it much easier.

I have to say, though, that your work is coming on in leaps and bounds as well. Compare what you are writing now with some of your earlier work and I'm sure you'll agree that it's much, much better. I do look forward to reading your Entries these days, you know

It would be more helpful to deal with one entry at a time I agree, but I get bored of going over the same entry all the time, so easily get side tracked into doing another. In future I will try to say what i have done rather than just the word done. I'm pleased you think my work is progressing. I certainly enjoyed writing about Boudica and think that shined through. Maybe another researcher will be inspired to write something, because they felt passionate about a piece of literature. Not sure whether to take the as a joke, I usually use it that way.

I really like it when you say 'Maybe another researcher will be inspired to write something, because they felt passionate about a piece of literature'; that's when you know you're proud of something. I thought that Entry was tremendous, to be honest, and you're right, the enthusiasm does show.

If you do need any help or advice with anything in the future, don't hesitate to give me a shout. You'll find the harder you work at things, the more effort people will put in on your behalf

I read the Horrible Histories book on Boudica and primarily, I just thought that was where I'd leave it just a good fun book. However, I was so taken by her story that I thought it unfair not to pass on my enthusiasm for her, found no h2g2 entry on her and decided to investigate her life further and write my own entry on her.

I'm just posting to apologise for the delay in subbing your Entry on 'Sir David Attenborough - Naturalist'. I've been very busy with various things lately, on and off-site, and I haven't had time to give your Entry my full attention. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and should really have finished with it, but to be honest I need an undisturbed hour sometime to make sure it's done properly.

I intend to have it back in the queue by next Friday; I'm not going to be around much until Monday now, but I promise to spend the middle of next week to give it a proper look. I'd rather that than send it back half-Subbed

Looks good to me.. however do you think the fact that he is not an animal lover as in he doesn't call them cutey chops etc evident? I read an article recently that supported this. to point this out now. Only saw this article very recently.

Funny, I was just thinking about this Entry after watching a fifteen minute programme. He provided the commentary for a short episode of Wildlife on One about the Boulder's Beach penguins in South Africa. His commentary really made the programme; his wit and knowledge really shone through. I went back to read the Entry afterwards, and yes, you have really done a great job

When people take the time to read and comment on my Entries, I take that as a compliment - by that measure, I see you've had quite a lot lately

Skankyrich for getting my entry front page and I think the picture is fantastic. So if the other brothers are talked about they can tell them apart visually too.

You are right I have been lucky recently with people looking at my entries. I do think I need to go back to school and prasctice my grammar though. I never knew a commar came before an 'and'. I do hope that my vogue entries sail through and the others.
