Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted May 5, 2009
we'll see
my re-occurring problem is that i fall asleep at 10pm no matter what - since i am so used to get up at 5am
drinking 42 does not help
neither does walking through central london for hours
but i usually wake up again at 11 - just in time to be kicked out of the pub

The pubs no longer close at 11pm, so you should be fine.
I'm having trouble to stay awake for that long, too, especially since it's 11pm *my* time when it's only 10pm in England.

Must be a male thing, I couldn't do that.

Friday I must get up at 4am to catch the airport bus - which means 3am London time
- I guess you'll have to carry me to bed around 8pm

Oh, it's not so bad.
Students regularly get up at seven - the supermarkets close at eight!

I was a very early bird when I was a student - I had three kids to take to school and to kindergarten before going to the lectures

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted May 5, 2009
Not all* the pubs in the UK open later than 11; They've the option to if they want, so most in central London I imagine will
3 Am is go to bed time, and 9 AM is wakey uppy time 9 AM until 3 AM is drinky time

If you people are all going to be in London, is somebody going to bring a laptop and say hi to those of us who are not there?

dmitri, I've seen 2legs post somewhere that he intends to do that (can't find the thread at the moment, though), maybe even with live footage (sound).
Key: Complain about this post
