Just done a quick backtrack nothing out of the ordinary was said. Yes in US you have to pay into private care but they do get what they pay for. I went with Robs aunt once to her hospital expecting to wait ages she just walked in gave her name I sat and waited while she went in to see her doctor it was all done in about 5 mins, here you'd be lucky to be at least 5 hours.

wish I had a sirloin steak/mushrooms/chips and onion rings in - I'm flaming ing at the thought

to see a doctor over there, costs you an arm and a legjust for a slight cough

Don't laugh at me but I've got a loss of appetite, I get this when I'm due to fly out of the country but not the other way round.

You pay into Medicare out of your wages and that pays your medical including teeth expensess.

Rob's aunt had her eyes lasered for next to nothing, she's probably better off than some people who live here, paying for dental, prescriptions ect.
