All is well and good here...Friday night we went out to dinner with my Dad, Saturday we went to dinner with the boys family.

And we bought a piemaker

So yes I am *very* happy

Things here are quiet ... thank Heavens .... Hectic weekend of golf and a riding lesson for good measure ... !!

The pie maker's the best...we had Indian on Firday night with dad...and Curry pies on Sunday ...it was one of the best buys I've made sine the jaffle machine

Glad it's quite for you kid , it's always nice to relax a little if you get a chance

Not much to tell really ... three games in four days ... Two of them were just Playing for playings sake and todays was a competition ... didnt play well (nearly gave up half way round !! ) but there appears to be a chance I may finish 2nd ...

Horse riding went well

I love the cooler weather...unfortunately I just end up eating more...I went clothes shopping on one of my days off...tried on a million things and came home with nothing but a squashed sense of self worth

Glad the golf and riding are gong so well...just remember that the main thing is to HAVE FUN, ok

Its always fun ... until its over , thats when the recovery process starts ... Having been up at 9am , done all the things I have and then come on into work ... The tiredness has now kicked in on top of the aches and pains of somebody who isnt really fit enough to do all the things he does ...

Must admit ... when I got home all I wanted to do was Eat ... good job I had to come to work or I might not have stopped

I know, I'm supposed to be knitting so I eat and smoke less...now I've run out of wool

So hows it going with trying to cut down on the smokes ?? ..

There must be an office boy who could sneak out and get you some more wool .... ???

It's ebbing and flowing with the smokes at the moment...overall I'm smoking less, but there are still times where I can go through a pack a day...the fact that there's a bit going on these days doens't help. But I'm averaging a pack every two or three days...even taking weekends and holidays into account...

...I don't think there's anyone about who would be willing to sneak out for me ...it's ok, I might run into the city at lunchtime tomorrow

It least it sounds like you are making progress with the Smoking ... believe me its well worth it in the long run ..... No way I will ever start again ...
