You have been told to do that so do that. You cannot take calls from there. If you go back to your desk and take calls you will not be readily available if anyone has a problem. Do you want the poor problem beset drones to have no support?

No I do not. Not that I can help, really. I seem to refer most people to a TL, or adv them to call tomorrow. But that is not my fault. I have authorised a disconnection, found out about sending MMS to overseas mobiles, and assisted in a billing query quite well. I also adv a SID problem to call back tomorrow so we can call the warehouse. It did absolutely chuck it down. I heard it, that's how I knew. I think we may see showers. FOr LL/M it has given light showers, light rain and heavy rain across the next 5 days. Roma is 26-28 degrees.
