The Intro
I write every day. All day, every day, writing, writing, writing. Unfortunately though, I'm a computer programmer and I'm either writing programs or documentation. But I don't want to write programs, I want to be a lumberjack! Sorry, wrong sketch. That should read: I don't want to write programs, I want to write programmes. I've also written children's stories, children's poems and comedy sketches, a small selection of which you can find here. To everybody who helped in the Save Get Writing campaign: thank you. To everybody who sat back and did nothing: you've ended up with exactly what you did. To all the wreckers and empire builders with vested interests in seeing Get Writing close: I hope you get everything you wish for. So long, and thanks for all the fish. My e-mail address (in anti-spam format) is: #arthur#dot#adams#at#lineone#dot#net# (remove every instance of the first character and replace the mnemonics with the appropriate character)Conversations

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
