What can I tell you? I'm a (now) single mother of two boys aged 18 and almost 21 (well - they're still boys to me!) and I live in S Wales UK.
I'm short with ginger-ish hair and blue eyes and a sense of humour that is unique to my family.

My oldest son is studying Computer Engineering in the local Uni and my youngest is just doing his A Levels in IT, Geography and Maths, with Physics as an AS.
I've just signed up wiht the OU to do a Diploma in Web Applications and a BSc in IT and Computing. I would have liked to take a BA in Humanities, mainly becuase the course looked so interesting, but I don't think it would have benefitted my career very much!
I provide Technical Support for customers of an ISP, both for their computers generally and the internet in particular.
My own interests include machine and hand-knitting, X-Stitch, computers (of course!), reading - I love Sci-fi and Sci-Fantasy, music - all kinds, sport - particularly rugby .... watching, not playing I hasten to add!
I'm looking forward to belonging to h2g2 .....
