HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 17, 2003
Finding my feet, mmmmmmmmm, don't think so at all, and I am definately going to need all the luck in the world figuring all this out. But guess we all have to start somewhere eh! Tell you one thing though, it is definately over-whelming, especially for someone who isn't very computer literate!
So, let me into the secret then, how do I add a smilie to my text? That could be a good starting point! :o)
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 17, 2003
OK The commands for all the smileys can be found @ <./>Smileys</.>
However a simple can be made thus... < smiley > or : )
both without the spaces though.

HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 17, 2003
Ok then, lets try this you will now have to let me know if this has worked. You know something, you are really, really going to regret saying hello to me, as i am now going to hassle you time and time again! So now I will ask how are you? And tell me something about yourself
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 17, 2003
It worked!
I'm good...
I'm 20. Male. I live on the Weald [Southern England]. I'm fond of Bitter and Real Ale and Tequila I don't get hangovers. I'm quite a tactile and sensative individual.. I am always sincere. I love art, literature and sci-fi. I describe my interests, tastes and opinions as eclectic. I do not limit my any of my influences to one genre, label or culture. e.g. My 3 favourite musical artists are Mozart, David Gray and Krust[D&B].
How are you?
Hi there, Lost...
HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 17, 2003
Im fine thank you. I'm a barmaid, and as to real ales and bitters, there are so few pubs that stock them now (very hard to keep, and a very limited expiry date on them) They are also very hard to look after, with a normal keg of larger, you can throw it around no probs, but the real ales and bitters, have to be looked after incredibly well, hence a lot of pubs no longer stocking it. Tequila, very good, with a dash of champagne, even better I know, a waste of champagne, but good for a slammer!
Sci-fi, what progs do you watch, im a Star Trek addict, not one of these ones that goes on the conventions, but sad enough to be able to answer almost any question you have on the subject!
David Grey is good, havent heard of the last one you stated, classical music, im actually just starting to listen to it, very, very occasionaly though, i'm about the same as you on music though, listen to a variety, I like anything from, Pink Floyd, to Garage, Dire Straits to the Corrs, mad on Red Hot Chillies at the mo though!
So where is Weald? Im just outside London, Heathrow area.
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 18, 2003
I know tis a shame. I'll have to with my
Star Trek TNG is my favourite sci-fi, never been to ST convention either but could probably answer more questions on it than I'd like to admit
The Weald is the clay and sandstone hills between the North and South downs... I'm on a bit of it near Gatwick...
Krust is Drum and Bass artist from Bristol, he's part of the Kamanchi Project and I'm going to see that and host of other Full Cycle crew artists in Bristol in few weeks
I like abit of Pink Floyd, I used to like garage before it got too much like pop music...
Chat soon...

Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 20, 2003
28 ain't old for a girl, tis a biological fact you're still in your prime...
that said I got about being old when I hit 20
I've heard of Camden Palace, been a while since I've been...
Glad you had a good night...
Quiet night in for me, chatted to a friend on the phone and went to bed early...
Saving myself and the money up for Bristol... besides I've got touch of depressive illness...
Chat soon...
Hi there, Lost...
HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 20, 2003
28 not old feels too close to 30 for my liking But hey, decided that im going to write to the queen ask her to cancel May 4th and then i won't get any older! Do you reckon that will work? Or just start lieing about my age That should do it!
So may I ask what this depressive illness is? Or am i being nosey now? Typical female eh!
Happy Easter to you
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 20, 2003
Happy Easter to you too...
But if May fourth is canceled I'll miss out on my D&B night and you'll miss a fine excuse to get sloshed
I'm currently under the label 'Borderline Personality Disorder' that's kind of name they give when they can't fit you into a box. I've got symptoms of Social Phobia,Anxiety disorder, slight Agorophobia as well the suicidal thinking and self harm... all a rather complicated complex, tee hee
Hi there, Lost...
HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 22, 2003
Trust me, I need NO excuse to get sloshed Been arranging bits for my birthday, and so far, clubbing the Fri night, then Sat, in the pub (where i work) so will be a late one, then Sunday, going clubbing again as it is bank-holiday, the clubs will all be open then the following weekend, another big drink, as one of the guys in the pub, its his birthday as well, and the 10th falls in the middle for both of us, and a couple of friends are moving away, so be celebrating that, so my birthday will last, just over a week Should be a good one, but still want it cancelled
So they can't fit you into a catergory, I personally dont like labels stuck on people, everyone is an individual. So how long has it been that they have diagonised you with all of that? Sorry to ask, won't ask anymore questions, im just very inquisitive by nature xx

Hello you, so how are you, and you have got to go and visit my page now, think i am starting to get the hang of this thing now thats a miricle havent attempted GuideML yet, but will soon, mmmmmmmm, I think
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 23, 2003
I'm OK. Got my GP to increase the strength of my tranquiliser from 7.5mg to 10.0mg so that's helping me deal with the low mood etc... I've been having recently...
I was being treated for Social phobia/Anxiety 'till late febuary then after I tried to kill myself for the seventh time I was taken as an informal in-patient... got put under Borderline Personality Disorder in my second week so that's early March...
GuideML isn't so hard... I made my space just by diving in and learning as went along...
A useful trick when you see someones page that you think looks quite or impressive is to put 'TestUserPage' infront of the U-Number e.g.<./>TestUserPage206500</.> shows the code behind my U-Space. For guide entries you replace the 'A' with 'Test'.
Are you a DigiBox user? i don't know much about acessing the site through a DigiBox, but I think that's all still possible to do.
How are you?
Hi there, Lost...
HELP_IM_LOST (why are there not enough hours in the day?) Posted Apr 24, 2003
Yeah, im a digibox user, so not computer user friendly Just had a look at your guideml, im even more confused Looks scary! But us digibox users can access practicly everything, but we have to work in plainskin, otherwise screen just sticks, and you cant log onto everything. There you go, worked something out (thank you Sandra if you are lurking ) Obviously it was explained to me by a friend, and I managed to muck that up as well
I'm fine thanks, just having a lazy day, as i have got to work tonight, worked last night as well, unfortunately we have a jazz night on a Thursday, im dreading, can't stand jazz, never worked one of those evenings either, one of the girls was winding me up, and saying that i can serve the jazz lot, as they will me as they have never seen me. GREAT I've only worked there for over a year, so as you can tell by my writing, im really looking forward to tonight, like a hole in the head And yourself, what are you up too?
Hi there, Lost...
Stealth "Jack" Azathoth Posted Apr 26, 2003
How'd it go? As bad as you'd built it up in your mind to be?
Hope you're well...
I'm not upto much at the mo... a lil bit bored may go off line a read a book...
I'm looking forward to Bristol less than a week to go... mixture of excitement and anxiety...
