I hope it will! Next exam is French Language on Wednesday, which should be okay, then Japanese Writing on Friday, which will go really badly (have you seen the way they write?!) but it doesn't count as part of my degree so I'm not really fussed!

I've steered clear on foreign languages. It all goes back to the day I got my school report in Year. 10.
For French I got the following.:
"Richard will not have a problem with any foreign language - providing he never leaves Britain."
And honorus programmes always have the 1st year as a bedding in period - still has to be passed of course but your're right it doesn't count. )

Japanese doesn't count cos I'm doing it in my spare time (and paying £35 a semester for the privalige), so I don't even have to take the exams if I don't want to, and if I do take them it doesn't matter if I pass or not
And yes, I only need 40% in my other exams, but there is pride at stake, for the first semester I was 0.5% off a 2.1, so I want these to go well to drag me up to a good 2.1!
