Its D-Day today. 5 months since the fateful deed and guess what. my life is a 
mess. Im sick of all of this crying and feeling inadiquate and having to listen to everybody complain to me about they're lives, and no one gives a wet slap how i feel. and its me off. and i'm failing chemistry badly and the teacher hasw no authority over anyone in my set so im driven round the bend by them inanely pratliny when i havent a clue what's going on. Im a dormat too. people walk all over me and manipulate me all the time and im SICK of it.
dont mean to rant too much just... i give up. its all a mess.

I'm afraid it can happen to all of us with varying degrees - best you can do is take a few deep breathes - and fix in your mind that the B******s are NOT going to grind you down
Rise above the grime and it's not too bad.
It's not easy either - so have a rant - try to keep calm - and then begin to fight!!

they can and usually are... still, i get a 3 day weekend now. Xmas shopping day on Monday - retail therapy

You just keep on living. You just get through one day to the next when times are hard. When times are good you don't even think about how long a day is, or where that last week got to because you were having so much fun that you didn't even notice.
I think it is human nature to dwell on the bad stuff. But you also can change that, though it takes some time and effort.
Nothing is ever as bad as it seems - truly. I know that's a cliché but even in the worst situation, if you are aware of it being so bad, then that means you are still alive. And being alive is really all we have. And I happen to think that it is the best thing ever.
