novosibirsk - as normal as I can be........ Posted Jul 12, 2005
Hi Az
Thanks for including the pic of yours truly - even though it is temporarily 'off-line'!
As I just posted on main thread I have no messages on my PS. This may have something to do with how I arrived at h2g2, and I'lltry to gey some help from the Mods.
It would be great to have an extended circle outside of The Forum.

I see you got that sorted and now have instructions on your PS, Novo.
Meanwhile, have spent the weekend reading the new Harry Potter book (just finished) and am now p-a-t-i-e-n-t-l-y awaiting Galaxy Babe's photos from yesterday's meet (and well, anyone else's too!).
Before putting them up in the gallery I'll need to get the permission of the people in the photo. But it would be fun to see them in any case.

I think I'll pop up in few (predominantly D-A-T themed) photos and gladly permit you to inflict my mug on the world.

Dr E Vibenstein's Drinking Against Terrorism movement. I'm still wearing the t-shirt (with a lovely little H2G2 badge pinned to it).

It was my first meet and it was great. Everyone was smashing, 2legs got something special, the quiz was unjustly won by a bunch of cheating, bribing low-lifes (not really) and a thoroughly good time was had by all. And there were badges! (but unfortunately no badgers.)

How coincidental - I was discussing the pronounciation of München, with B'Elana last night! It's a much nicer word than Munich.

Don't know if it's really nicer, but it's definately cute hearing an English spaeker pronounce München, or Mönchen- Gladbach

Yes, I just thought whether I shall write Munich, but didn't like it.
Düsseldorf? Then I can fly Vienna-London, no much difference anymore.

Hmmm, maybe, depends on how long the train drives till there and how much it costs.
