Yes, I have and I consider myself suitably told big sis.
Shame you couldnt enjoy the rain, we had frost here so we couldnt do rugby outside as the ground was too hard and dangerous for the kids to do anything rigorous on.
Never mind it was a lot better today.
While I was on lunch today I popped round to see a friend who lives near the school and he had a sign up saying "No Carol singers"
Can you guess what I did?
Chat soon when Im not so damn busy. Got a mandatory training seminar thing tonight and it starts at exactly the same time as my work here finishes but on the way there I've still got to drop off the tackle sheilds at the club.

hey bro!
It's turning into quite a family affair here on h2g2 as Jordan has started calling me his 'h2g2 mommy' because I am always telling him to go to bed and get some sleep! He also thinks Della should be his aunty (which then makes her my sister!), Math is apparently his granddad and Noggin his great uncle. So now, where do you fit in since you are my little brother?
I've just been invited to the annual Christmas bash tonight at the local Irish pub here - free food and drink for invited guests between 9-11. Well, I will *definitely* not do what I did last year, which was to close the joint around 3am with my neighbour Lesley. I hope . . .

hi darling!
I have just been chatting on another thread about god, god help me!
Saw you posting some good questions on the god thread earlier. Am now going to see what else has been said in my absense.
Things are gearing down now for Christmas. I'll have next to no classes for the next couple of weeks. And also, next to no money! Same old same old . . .
How about you? What are your Christmas plans?

Well to have a bit of a rest hopefully.
Cancelled all coaching till Jan 11 and off work till Jan5. Just got a childrens party at the rugby club to do and New Years party for the family and a few mates here in school hall. Other than that every thing is going to be at a pace I choose.
If the boredom gets to me I might even strat preparing for the new year which will probably be about 27 Dec. I have still got a child protection policy for the club to write and personal finance stuff to straighten out. Why cant I be on holiday forever.
Hope you get back to a "comfortable" level of work soon either that or start making lots of clothes that I can look good in.

Hope you have a great Christmas too.
Nothing left to do except walk round this afternooon delivering cards and wrap Liz's and my mum's presents. Im going to my mum's for dinner and on boxing day we are off to Liz's mum's in Gloucester.
At the moment Im trying to load lots of party tunes onto one of the computers so we dont have to mess about with CDs on New Years Eve.
I have got some stuff to do but not a lot which makes a nice change.
Time permitting I'll join you to pull a on Christmas morning though.

Hi honey - Merry Christmas Day!
I've just cracked open some and am opening up the prezzies that Blues Shark sent me. . . hang on . . .
Oh wow! A cd of Bukka White! Bit of a story behind that gift, but I won't go into it now. Okay, now the other one . . .
(I'm feeling so spoilt!)
Oh, how fabulous. Michael Moore's new book Dude, Where's My Country? Hard cover! Blues *knew* I wanted to read this book! ohboyohboyohboy!
Gosh, that was so much fun. I see you have just gone off-line. Well, you were still here when I started and I didn't want to open my presents alone.
I just finished watching Chicago on dvd - it's even better than I remembered. Later I'll have a nice lunch and most likely the rest of the (hic)
Okay, see you when you get back. Have a wonderful time.

It was a nice day yesterday if lacking in the spectacular it certainly had lots of the mundane things that make my life a thing that I like so much.
Got to my sister's and my two sisters and their children were as noisy and lively as usual. I had contributed some money towards my eldest neices PC and the sister who lives there Mel, asked me if I could do a small favour for her. I though it might be a little job.
WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong WRONG wrong
I had to put up the furniture for the PC.
So Liz and I ended up being late for lunch/dinner at my mom's (two of my sissters dont get on with my mom and other brothers and sisters, except my brother Aubrey who gets on with any and everyone...when he wants a favour...families) Had a huge plate of Turkey and all the rest. Played with my sister Holly's 3 month old baby "freaky zeeky" or Azekeil as she insts on calling him. My brother Raemey dished up a dessert which consisted of trifle AND ice cream.
Sat chatted played a game and then went round to a neighbours to see my buddy Simon who had bought his daughter Tia to see his mom. Hung out there for a bit. After that we went up to my friend Alison's house introduced Liz to her family. Alison had been having a trying day, power failure in the kitchen and upstairs (guess who ended up swpping fuses over trying to get more sockets working), "atleast it got everyone in the same room together". Her three children, mum and dad, cousin and her husband were there when we arrived, I have trouble with Jamaican accents so Liz must have been totally lost at the way some of them speak. It was all going well despite the crowding till Alisons brother Carl came round with his wife and daughter. As well as adding to the crowding it made it a little uncomfortable for Carls wife Andrea and someone who a long time ago slept with her after a party. Alison who knows all about it though it was . Sick sense of humour but thats what makes us such good friends I guess.
Stayed there for a while longer and then went back down the road to my mums to say bye got the dogs out of the back yard headed home where we drank wine and Watched willy Wonka and I had a good sing a long, Oompah lumpah.

Oh, thank you darling!
Really I am fine, just having a few *moments* over the hols that feel a bit lonely. But never mind, this too shall pass . . .
Very nice photo of Liz, btw - she is quite pretty, isn't she!
I'd love to see the psycho cycle helmet photo.
Just back from the shops. Picked up a bottle of for tomorrow. Tonight it will be dvd's and . Traditionally I should eat twelve grapes at the stroke of midnight and finish them all before the clock finishes its twelve bells, but as I have never been able to accomplish this in the past I think I'll give it a miss. Not even sure if I'll make it till midnight, I'm sure to be all cosy in bed long before then.
Wishing you a very Happy New Year too!
