Thanks for your reply I'm having some problems perhaps you can help

1. I have to use the refresh key several times to get to the latest message is this normal or is there a continuos list

2. That tree thing doesn't seem to be very effective.

3. The times quoted on messages are way out sometimes.

4. I have tried the various layouts but don't find them very user friendly, am I just picky?? Is there an ML tutorial to step me through a new setup??

5. When text is cut and pasted you lose the smiley's???

6. What's the best way to gain a presence (wages!!LOL.)here???
