God*mn! Just wrote you a long posting that took almost half an hour and then it went BLIP and disappeared.
F**k.

I did think about doing this except then I couldn't remember exactly what I had said and then I got tired.
It was good stuff though. Dang.

aaargh, sorry. Have been busy battling it out with Hoo on the Abortion thread. He seems to have turned into quite the mysoginist, which shocks and saddens me.
It was just a story about when I was in love when I was 16, so you didn't think me 'cynical'.
I will try to write it down again, but not tonight because I have a bad cold and should get to bed soon.

so now you're not talking to me? ah well, never mind. Life is long (if we're lucky)
must go to bed as I am really ill with a cold.

Originally, I was saving you the effort of having a go at me. And then I was trying to unblock ya, and my computer crashed so badly it practically blew up.

Minority Report is a bit of a snore. Taking a short computer break and leaving the cats to hog the electric fire while I'm gone.

I've grown to love our cat, but I feel horribly guilty - whenever I approach too quickly, it runs away because I accidentally stood on it the other day.
Still workin' on lookin' for a non-grumpy picture...

Well, stop referring to the cat as an 'it' for a start. They are very sensitive and do pick up on this sort of thing, you know. Then always say the cat's name when you come into the room or approach. Cats love hearing their names.
It took me three months to eventually get to touch Azar, my gypsy street cat, after I trapped him and brought him home from the street. Little f**ker.
They are little pointy-eared beings. No, not human. But sentient beings. And quite clever.
Oh, you mean I may get another photo that actually shows your face!!! That would be nice.

Okay, gotcha, no "it", but it doesn't have a generally agreed name yet so I just call it "cat".
BTW, H2G2 user name "Azara". Any relation?
Yeah, sorry, I'll get my hair out the way. I probably look like a long haired student commie radical freak...

Azara is a woman who lives in Ireland - nice person. No relation.
'Cat' will do for a name if you can't think of anything better. But you see, they love being talked to and they do love their names.
TS Elliot was right about that.

I'm the only person who calls it "Cat". Older Brother calls it Nick Jr, Younger Brother calls it Satan, Younger Sister calls it Pepperoni, Mother calls it Wussy, Stepfather calls it That Cat, Stepsiblings call it The Cat or Peppy.

No wonder the poor thing runs away from you. If you can't even decide on something as simple as a name then why trust you? By the way, is it a girl cat or a boy cat?
