Of course. There's still about a loaf and a half, and it IS yummy. Maybe because I only controlled the oven and stayed away from the rest of the process.

Mind, I have found that I make a perfectly good onion-loaf. It's reputed to keep away all sorts of bugs and ailments. And just the fumes from it's baking even keeps away neighbors !!!
