I've been in The Horrors the last couple of days.
I didn't want to come in today.

I'm doing ok
first I was really down then when I came out of that I was 
for a couple of days but I seem to be getting back to normal now

I'm been sans meds for a few months now...sans most stuff actually...if all goes according to plan I should be quitting at some point...but I don't know how likely that is

Ahh time will tell...I've been looking up herbal cigarettes and apparently they're not too much better than normal cigarettes. No nicotine, but still tar and therefore carcinogens...

I did once try to give up substituting peppermints but I was going through packets of them every day
I think I've given up on giving up for the moment but maybe at some future date

when I was a kid there was a Good Friday the 13th once
thats supposed to be the unluckiest day possible so I expect that'd be a good day for you
not got much planned thie weekend but its been such a long week that'll seem like bliss

Friday 13 is always a day for me, but then porbability suggests I should get a *few* good days, it just stands to reason it would be when everyone else is supposed to be having a bad one
Yes, it has indeed been a long week...hours of boredom interrupted by minutes of full-throttle insanity...but then that's my life
No plans for tonight, but tomorrow night me and my girl are leaving the boys at home and hitting the pub, it'll be just like old times
