If you keep only drinking water for long enough, you'll never want to touch a fizzy drink again. I know I certainly can't - I can no longer distinguish taste from one to another, they're all the same...sugar!
I've gained a little weight, which is good Well, it's a start, I was down rather low at one point.

I don't drink fizzy drinks often anyway. Especially as I'm attempting to lose weight. I'm more of a cordial person, usually- I turned that way during my time at uni because a bottle of Jacko's summer fruits squash was cheaper than a bottle of coke...
Yey! You want to drink more fizzy drinks....
Obviously I'm doing something drastically wrong, and you're doing it far too right indeed. We should trade secrets.

And I'll bet it could be made to last longer too...
I'm not sure about now, but I recon I'm back down again. Don't make me go near the scales!
Indeed, might be a good idea to swop secrets

A lot!
I think the scales wouldn't even notice you... they all draw straws when I'm on my way...
More mars bars, less celery

I'll have to save that tip for later use...
Oh I doubt it...
ewwww, celery Actually, it's not so bad cooked.
Eww, mars bars... lol. Even worse cooked, I should imagine
Actualy, mars bars aren't that bad, they're just too sickly. I'm a sugar lightweight
Resolutions
TeaKay Posted Jan 26, 2005
Well, if they had opposable thumbs with which to draw the straws...
Can't stand celery. Unless it's copmpletely hidden in mayo, which kind of beats the point.
You don't like mars bars?!?!? They're one of my favourites...
I'm a sugar heavyweight, which is my problem. I could eat chocolate and related products until the cows came home, kissed Mrs cow and sat down in front of the fire with a newspaper. I'm not into /sweets/ as such- I don't generally go for the candy stuff- haribo type things and cola bottles- but anything with chocolate on, and I can hardly resist...

I like mars bar ice creams. But not actual mars bars. Which is slightly odd, I'll admit.
Being veggie for so long has rather put me off chocolate.... it'st he only thing you can safely have, really Although I have found a company that seems to do safe fruit jellies, which is gooood
Turkish Delight is a favourite of mine
Resolutions
TeaKay Posted Jan 28, 2005
Mmmmm, mars bar ice cream...... But then, you're slightly odd anyway.
Chocolate is always good... it is all you need... mmmmmm....
Fruit jellies are nice too, though, when there's no chocolate around. And I do like turkish delight as well. Especially if it has chocolate on it.

mmmm.... I wonder if there's any in the freezer..
Oh, turkish delight with chocolate on is good. But the best stuff by far is the messy stuff in flour
Resolutions
Existential Elevator Posted Jan 31, 2005
Not in ours, either But there was some Ben&Jerry's... mmmm... coookie dough..
Ah, bt addition of chocolate on that would rather spoil the floury part.. unless.... unless you replaced the flour with finely grated chocolate...

There's no ice cream in ours at all, due to most of the family attempting to reduce our width:height ratio. Apart form my brother, who seems to be attempting to abuse the laws of mathematics and keep going until he doubles back on himself and gets there that way.
My mum has actually managed to convince herself that she doesn't like ice cream, because it's not good for you. I keep thinking I should do the same with women.
I didn't think it was flour- I thought it was that fine, powdery sugar? But the grated chocolate sounds like a good idea.

Actually, there is a lone MarsBar icecram living in our freezer. As soon as I stop freezing myself I shall liberate the poor thing.
Ah, so he's working on black hole theory?
Erk... that won't work. In fact, that's plain denial
I thought it was flour, but I'm not sure now... Next time I get some I'll try eating it

I prefer the cold to the hot, but at the moment I'm just tooooo cold.
Well, that'd be the blunt way of putting it...
I guess so.
I lke to think of it as an opportunity, rather than an excuse... I mean, it's in the interests of science, here

I live for the coooold.... mwahahahaha! Ahem. I ind it easier to warm myself up than cool myself down. Probably because I'm a bit of a chunkster.
Blunt is best when dealing with my brother. The ironic thing is he wouldn't have a clue what "Monosyllabic" meant.
Better than nuturing a false hope that "some day, one day..."
Oh, indeed

At the moment I just can't get warm. But I'm way under the weight mark right now Could I borrow a stone or two from you? I'd look after it well, honest...
Poor you...
I go with the track of not even bothering to think about it. I've rather lost interest. More trouble that it'd be worth, in most cases.
'Tis true

TeaKay Posted Feb 8, 2005
Aw, I' warm you up if I could You can keep a stone or two. I'm certainly over the weight mark... can't seem to get rid of it all
I'd like to be able to not think about it, but being a guy, certain parts of me strive to remind me pretty much 24/7.
It certainly is more trouble than it's worth...

Can't seem to keep it
We all have our moments..
'Tis true. Hopefully, it is only a relative truth that will one day be made false. But until then, I shall happily remain a cynic and "bah humbug" anyone who thinks overwise

We ought to spend a week together sometime. Maybe one of us will rub off on the other. Both, hopefully
Lol, I know, but I find it difficult to believe in your case
I can almost guarantee you'll find someone someday who temporarily convince you that it's false, but it will always be true in the background, until it comes back to bit you in the arse.
