Hi SEF
I have a question about digibox users and two people using the same box, who can only access one now. I guess they ticked the remember me box and the cookies have upset it. Anyway, i read about a switch on/off/log in/out sequence that will make the box 'forget' and clear it. Is this right? would you mind awfully helping out?

It's very easy to mis-read that subject/title as "self-help". 
I thought I was going to have to let you down on this one, Mort, as I am not a digibox user - merely an interested bugfinder. However, since I have been keeping track of a few links myself, you might find these useful:
