Farlander, it's a longish story during which, in order to be factually accurate, it would be necessary to be "rude" about a researcher and some italics (by their conveniently variable definition of rudeness to be anything which demonstrates those less ideal aspects of their personality and behaviour they don't want you to know). Any time I point out such examples they accuse me of being rude or threaten me in emails without realising(?) that they are the ones behaving reprehensibly. Sometimes this is initially out of ignorance - but that's another truth which they regard as rude.
