Jim I found out where the locations are in China -
Hangzhou is in ocated in the Yangtze River Delta, near the coast which is southwest of Shanghai.
Suzhou is a city on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and on the shores of Lake Taihu and is in the same area of China as Handgzhou.
