The team is used for guerilla warfare, since they are top notch pilots that can pilot the Mobile Suits. Each team memeber gets to design there own mobile suit and use it whenever they wish. The mobile suits are for eleet members, and they are difficult to pilot. But once you got the mobile suit controls mastered then its a explosive fighting machine.
Outside of the mobile suits, the team is trained in the ways of stealth. They are equipped with a silenced pistol, a combat knife, knock out darts, and military all-see goggles. These equipment is used to infiltrate a base and do some damage. The team is trained to kill the opponent before the opponent even knows your in the room.
There are 5 type of mobile suits you can outline yourself in:
-Melee
-Speed
-Heavy Hitting
-Senors
-Stealth
Melee: The melee is designed to fly up close to the target and kill it hand to hand. The melee is good once flying at fast speeds so the target can't hit you when your catching up to him. This mobile suit is good for close range.
Speed: The speed of a mobile suit can be very tremendous or very slow. With speed for your mobile suit you can travel very fast almost always dodge every shot fired at you and you can get into a good firing position. This mobile suit is good for medium range and close range.
Heavy Hitters: Heavy hitters have huge guns of the group. Sure they don't move as fast but you should just see the pure carnage that the heavy mobile suits can lay down. Most of the time Heavy hitters are in the midst of the fighting or in the background depending on what fighting style you choose. With the midst of the fighting you would have a gatling cannon, for the far away attacks you would have a rocket launcher or a sniper rifle fitted to your mobile suit. These guys are good for close up or far away attacks.
Sensors: These guys are very nice if you have guns. The sensors can lock on automatically and keep a lock on for a very long time. If you have a gun or a flying weapon, then these guys are very nice to use. The sensor mobile suits are mainly used in the background to lock on in the distance where its safe. These guys are good for far away fighting.
Stealth: Stealth mobile suits are very nice when you want to land inside a enemy base and see how much stuff you can reck. Stealth units are equipped with a cloaking device that hides your mobile suit from detection of radar and laser defences. Sadly to say its not too good when your near a row of infantry, for they can hear the engines and legs moving, but who cares bout that when you can just swipe them away with a beam sabre. This mobile suit is used up close and personal.
Each of the mobile suits are different in there own perspective, choose wisely for its how you will get suited up in your own personal training without using a mobile suit.
Oh and what about the base?

You couldn't shrink it down a bit could you?
Its just that its a bit long. I'm really looking for something that takes one, or two (at the most) paragraphs. You don't need to go in to that level of detail yet. I mean if you like you can create a page with all that information on it, and I can put a link to it on the page, but I need a bit of a brief intro for your group page.

Ummm what should i do with the base description. Like should it be on the link of our team?

Terran Posted Jan 5, 2004
You can give a brief description of the base on your main group page if you like. However if you want a more detailed one it would probably be a better idea if you put it in to the page which will be linked to from your group page.

Verc, it seems like the soldiers of Triven has stalled...wanna try waking it up a lil. It seems like it can be a fun quest/organization so let's keep it going.

Yeah, I better had.
I'm just a bit busy at the moment. By the end of the week things will have calmed down, and I'll start work on the missions.
I'll try and get the people motivated in a little bit.
Any thoughts on your page?

You can just make up a description of a cool base. Don't add the mobile suit part yet though. Although you can add the weapons i have posted in earlier parts of this thread like what we use and stuff i guess.

I'll work on the group pages over the next few days. In the mean time I thought this might interest you.
I've posted this in the recruitment thread, but I thought I'd post this here as well, just to see what you think. It is related to the missions :
"I'm going to create a map I think (well a table with group names in it), of sectors. For each group will be designated a number of squares on the map (as more groups appear so the map will increase in size).
"I am considering (during the missions) having a system where each team gets a point for each team member who posts at least one post a day (that is each member has to post only one post to get a point - this is obviously not a restriction to posting only once but you wont get any more points). So with there being 4 in each group (do you see why they have to be even now? ) if all members of that group post then the team will get four points for that day.
"There will be a time restriction on the mission/game (e.g. 1 week - ending at midnight GMT on said day). If the points are tied at the end of the week, then I will decide (based on enthusiasm, sticking to continuity rules [if I decide to use them - don't worry I'll tell you if I'm using them or not before the mission] and generally completing the said mission) whether the team has won - and my word is final.
"Now this is not definate (I'm still trying to decide if this is fair or not - I'm still open to comments), but this is the way I'm going."
So as I said, please tell me what you think,

So your saying the team who participates the most gets to win or something? I dunno it was a lil confusing
Group Leadership Confirmation
Terran Posted Jan 24, 2004
In part yes. I'm still not sure how fair it is though. But I was trying to think of the best way of getting points scored, so that there is some logic to it. I didn't want it simply to be on the number of posts, because that would bring about spamming - and also partly because I didn't want to have to count them all
Basically the aim is to get peoples enthusiasm. I want as many people as possible to participate. If I don't have a map of what teritories are currently held (I do intend to have missions where people can gain territory over another group) I may have a league table, which will take in to account (maybe on a scale of 1 to 5 - based on my own opinion) how enthusiastic - and actually how good at doing what they were supposed to be doing - they were.
This is seems to be the best way so far that I have managed to think of, of giving some sort of logic to the madness that will inevitably be involved in the missions.
Please ask more any questions you have. And I'm also willing to take any other proposals you've got in to consideration.

Well what im thinking of is what are we going to do about people are actually creative with what they want. Say team is fighitng another team. Say team 1 posts,"We gather around with our weapons drawn preparing to gun down anyone who gets near." Then team 2 posts,"Gunz blaze."
You know whatt i mean i guess?
