Fairly vague dream. There were all these giant metal vats forming a mountainous hive like structure. They were all filled with a liquid that in my dream was lava... but it was more like blood. It was kept heated to a very high temperature (well - lava. I have an awful lot of lava in my dreams). I put some on my face, then it dried and went ashy - like water with too much sugar in. There was a dark person watching me. And there were lots of people around like tourists. Then we went through this brightly lit corridor with a healthy house plant at the end of it, then we returned to the lava silos and re heated them so they were back to their proper consistancy.
(werekitty here btw)
Weird, no?

When I said it dried and went ashy I mean the all the lava in the vats, not the stuff on my face (although that went ashy too)

hmmm, yas, i see. you are officially crazy. seek help, soon!
right, Eetiker Yew. vats are for containing things in large quantities.like the vat that is old trafford houses all those premiership crowns you said they formed a mountainous hive like structure, it is possible you visualised your mind. the vats containing your percieved knowledge and ideas.
the vats were filled with lava that you also thought was blood. lava is obviously dangerous, blood is vital. but then again, lava could be seen as the earths blood. have you been feeling as one with your surrounding environment lately?
the dark person in this case i assume is your own caution watching over you.
you value your knowledge and would sometimes like it if people took more notice of it. this is not vanity, just a mild case of feeling unappreciated. hence the tourists
it dried and went ashy. you are afraid it will go to waste.
keeping with the theme of the dream, the brightly lit tunnel represents a moment of change. you see a healthy houseplant. a sign that all will be well, as you then return to the vats and bring the lava back to liquidity(is that word).
in effect, you worry too much. let things in your waking life take their course and all will be fine.

A friend told me about a dream he had. He doesn't usually have vivid dreams - I think this was his first one. In this dream 'me' is him, 'you' is me and dan is a mutual friend - we've hung around as a three for ages. Here it is, he added some stuff when we were talking on MSN - I've put it in brackets:
me you and dan were on a beach (he says that he then picked up a grain of sand and watched it fall out his hand. Then when he looked up it was dark and stormy) a giant tidal wave came at us you and dan ran for safty and i was so sure that it was going to tupple and stop before i died i stayed put. when i finally realised it wornt going to stop i came running up the beach (you seemed to be hiding in some kind of building) and u were shouting come on we have to close the door (later he changed this to they’re trying to close the door) and you put out your hand.
i can't be sure but i woke up at that point and i can't remember if i
grabbed on to you or not.

this is a really nice dream and you and dan should be flattered that you were in it
it basically says to me, that your friend is a confident sort that will generally try and solve his own problems on his own. but then when he realises it is possibly too much to cope with, he is still confident he has his close friends to help him. you and Dan.
he still has reservations about consolling with you though as he needed you to signify that you would help, when you put out your hand. so make sure he is aware that you are there to help. it maybe that there is a problem now that he needs to discuss and the dream was his own visualisation of the need for a 'helping hand'.
off to order a pizza

So is this where people come to have their dream analysed then?

PHENOM Posted May 24, 2003
yes, try to include emotions with them if you can. it gives a better insight as to the state of the mind that had the dream

The last dream I recall was very weird. I am not sure whether to say it on here or not. I wonder why on earth I dreampt it though and I'd like to know what it means.
