Ah, that's a shame, it was good. Unquestionably a triumph, especially when you compare it to the slightly damp squib that was V for Vendetta.

Hi lanzababy.
I can be friendly. But I ain't cheery. But am pretty sure I'm not cliquey.
I've seen johnredbear. He posted an opinion I completely disagreed with, but he expressed it with a poetry. A beauty of words, not the inveigling or hostility others may have.
Welcome.
I need some sleep.

Oh, he has used many names, but usually, it's Azathoth

didn't it have moody bear in the title somewhere? Perhaps he woke up from hibernation and was full of the joys of Spring?
Oh no, I think Othello might not be wholly joyful...

Honest Iago, seems unable to take matter of fact criticism of his arguments without deciding to read between the lines in search non-existent personal attacks and a level of vitriol I wouldn't have the energy to muster given how utterly tedious and depressing I find the entire situation.
It would be nice if he spent the time trying to understand my position instead of making knee jerk attacks on my character.
Shame, I'd never noticed that about him before. Despite the fact that there is no edit function and what actually said in my posts is there in perpetuity his thinks he can get away with accusing me of calling him hysterical, when I simply called his questions "hysterical flatulence" given that the questions demanded an assumption about my position that I'd already had to dismiss when made others.
He's also claiming I asserted he was a theist. I didn't. I compared someone else's position to apologetics.

I thought the line about "hysterical flatulence" was injecting some humour...
It amused me.
I suspect most of those that feel I've been less than civil in the thread would have chortled away merrily if Hitchens had said it to Ray Comfort on a youtube video.

Othello is my favourite Shakespearian play, btw.
I don't have a copy of a production, but do have a copy of A Midsummer Night's Dream with Kevin Kline as Bottom and Stanley Tucci as Puck that was surprisingly good.
Which brings us back to film.

I can't be doing with bees in bonnets, and can never understand if people storm off in a pash if no-one agrees with them.
I am waiting for the rain to stop, and then want to go outside and enjoy some Spring - my favourite time of year.
all round and ?

I think I like The Tempest best, but my education was all Sciences. There is so much culture in literature, theatre and film that I missed, a real pity.

B'el - "Will you be coming to the London meet?"
I am still a meat possum. The only meet I didn't make it too was the one where I said I was a definite. So, I'll remain a meat possum until I'm actually there. But, I do intend to be there.

B'el - "Oh, he has used many names, but usually, it's Azathoth"
Indeed. But not today. Today I'm using stolen White Zombie lyrics with a touch of reworking.
