It's usually somewhere between 1 and 3 years, isn't it? Does the warranty not say?

The extended warranty neither explicitly says that it does or does not entitle me to return the item for a full refund. The 12 month warranty did explicitly say that I was entitle to a refund but the fault began about 2 weeks after that had expired. The extended warranty is paid for product called the "Cancom Total Care - 3 year Refurbished Warranty". So it mightn't actually be an extension of the terms of a standard warranty.

Tis my intention to take it down to the Brighton store where I bought the infernal thing tomorrow afternoon.
