Thanks folks... I've been better than I have been for past few weeks these last few days... I got some lorazapam from my GP yesterday... I can take that to knock me out if I get suicidal again... It's a highly addictive drug... but I don't get addicted to thing... apart from food
I'm not even addicted to nicotine, I truely believe I smoke because of something pshcological rather than physical... but that doesn't matter because I *will* be giving up fags for Suz
Opti... Self- harm is a tool for managing emotions... the act of destroying, mutilating or bleeding oneself for a self harmer brings a solace and peace to a turbulant mind, it can drive a way unbearably painful feeling and intrusive thoughts... and for some even brings a small amount of happiness and satisfaction...
Wai-Gong... as I've said elsewhere there's something I'd be honoured if you'd do for me... And next time I go down to visit Suz I'd love to pop over to Bristol and D&B with you...

Thank you... I haven't completely given up cancers yet, still smoking 2 or 3 a day but I've no intention of buying a new packet tomorrow when I run out...

I've run out early as I got a bit tense a while ago and smoked the last one... feel like smoking one right now actually...

I've felt like self harming almost all day and have smoked 10 cancers... tomorrow is another day... I told Suz I would give up smoking for her and I will.
