For those that have unsubscribed from the other Journal...

I have to try and sit this weekend out till MOnday when I'll be having a blood test and a proper review of my mental health and drug therapy... I'm still pushing for some sort of talking therapy, be it Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialetic Behavioral Therapy... also I need to get a CPN...

Have you got an emergency number that you can call if you get to bad???

There is a number tenants at my house are s'posed to call but that's really for domestic emergencies... all they can do if I'm feeeling low is notify the duty manager but there's not much help he can offer...
I never really think about phoning the Samaritans but I guess they are there...
If I'm bad during the day I should visit the Villa ward at the hospital and they may be able to give me some Lorazepam...

Well if you do feel that bad, the Samaritans are always there to listen to you, and normal ppl man the phone lines. And yes, i was going to say if you get that bad, im sure you can go to the hospital, your known there, so im sure that a doctor/nurse would recognise you, and be able to give you all the help that you need all my best, and if it gets too much, make sure that you seek the help that you need, these ppl are there to help you xx

I've felt the need to drik every ight to get through it but tis only one more night to go now...

the main thing is ur safe again today...be strong Stealth hunni...i know u can be u have been before...and if u feel the need to leave then i do relise its ur choice...but remember there is ppl that do care about u on here...me included

My 'paranoia' tells me no-one cares... my 'self image' tells me no-one should... And if people do care then I dislike myself fro causig stress...

ur not causin stress at all..just ppl are concerned about a friend...if ppl didnt do that hunni then the world would be a heartless place...so dont think u r causin me stress...ur a friend and im glad to know u...and been sumones friend u take everythin on board whether it be good or bad...otherwise nobody would have friends suga...so dont ever think ur causin stress to me...if i could be nearer i would be...even if i couldnt help if i was there...but this is the closest i can be...so whenever u need a chat u know where i am
