Quincy, ME was the first one, wasn't it? Jack Klugman was an ugly s.o.b., but he was good in that role.

Yes, we've watched quite a few episodes of 'Jordan'. It's a pretty good show, and I have always liked Jill Hennessey, right since she started in "Law & Order"

i dont watch that. i tend to stick to special victims unit and occasionally criminal intent.

I've caught only a few episodes of each of them, but they didn't really grab me. Just as CSI:NY doesn't really do it for me ...

I know that this week, "Bones" is a 2-hour episode that takes place in London. There've been lots of adverts.

No problem. Just beware of Shadow ... the 14-pound lad- that will inhabit any lap that stops moving.

Oh, he does a really good job of that. And his rumbling in the belly makes for a good warm-massage too.

we have had cats in the past, but they dont seem to like my hospitality.
we used to have one, that we hand fed and after feasting upon plenty of the best bits of the christmas turkey, went out and was never seen again!
we also had one who was injured, taken to the vets and healed, but this was when holly was a puppy and still very boisterous, so the cat went walkabouts for about 18 months and then came back.
