im not a great lover of tesco. some things are cheap, but i only tend to buy reduced stuff. my main shop is done in morrisons.

are you doing the new car boot at sutton hill? grumpy wants to have a look so i cant see us having a sunday morning lay in this week

i thought that was on the saturday im sure it was advertised as saturday

no. its a new one, well an old one making a comeback. its in the first field as you go towards sutton madoc from the merco garage. if that makes sense. we didnt go in the end. he overslept

the old one is on the rabbit run an a field close to the folly pub. we went to that one yesterday but it wasnt very good as the weather had put people off. i only bought a couple of books.

gotya went to the town center wasnt much there in fact it seems to have died

i havent been to that one for ages. its not as if i really need anything, my house is full of clutter already

i just see so many bargains at the sales and you just have to have them.

We went to the car boot on the rabbit run this morning and then to the car boot/fete/games thingy at grandaughters school on Sutton Hill.


more clutter

We called in at the new Tesco in Madeley yesterday. They have opened up half of the new building with a limited stock. Ive never seen so many people in Madeley on a saturday afternoon.
We had to queue for ages and ages, despite having 6 tills open. Grumpy was not impressed and told them so.

I reckon that you wont recognise the area when they have finished!!!

was in there in the morning took an empty basket in and came out with an empty one to tell you the truth i doubt if well be using it wasnt overly impressed

we only used it for a forgotten birthday pressie (booze) and happened to be the closest shop within the time constaints.

I didnt see any of the old somerfield staff working there.

i think there was only a couple from somerfields that went to it to tell you the truth i dont think many of the local will use it

we will have to wait and see. there are a lot that have gone out of business because of the alterations.

everyone moaned enough about what TDC did to the place years ago, will they still moan?

we did the sutton hill car boot yesterday. I think there were about 10 stalls. I didnt buy anything.

that wasnt very big was it i didnt bother just had a lazy day vacummed the car was going to wash it but itwas too warm

we then went up to the town centre one. I have been there for ages and ages. It was all tat!!!
