Indeed, they are lovely, but they are somewhat misunderstood. They have a small but easily rectified psychological problem.

They *need* to be taunted, in fact if they are not taunted they shrivel & whimper & their tongues turn blue & become incapable of sucking up ants. So they can't do zen ca-cas any more & you have to unglue their bottoms, which is tiresome, messy & possibly painful.

So: we have a duty to taunt aardvarks.

I quite like Aardvarks actually. They're cute little creatures...if only men had a....no, best not go further with that thought in case the profanity filter kicks in

aardvark sounds really Dutch / South African, aard(e) is earth or soil and vark(en) is pig so it would be earthpig or soilpig. better keep the aardvark in.

I would imagine that the word Aardvark came from the Dutch anyway.
