Traveller in Time confused
"Well, she says on one hand 'Total stranger' on the other hand we have 'met' on several occasions.
Just tryied to bring the only light I saw in the Journal into attention. Perhaps she did not notice the cake example used in the Television Documentary the other day.
Thanks though it still feels she can use lots of attention.

Kaz is a gentle sort, but does feel sometimes that her privacy is has been broken.
She understands that hootoo is an open place, but she only trusts a handful of people.
I shall have a word with her when I can and explain that you were only attempting to lighten her mood a little and help her move on.
As I have suffered from depression myself, I understand exactly how she feels, but I also understand you trying to help her and i'm sure once things settle down, she will realise this too.

Amazing what you can find when you lurk!
Vicky is right, I am depressed and very confused and angry and not reacting well.
I am sorry TiT that I reacted to you so badly, I certainly have seen you around, you are quite right to say that. I guess sometimes a personal journal doesn't feel like the place to get chatting to new people. Maybe we could here instead?
The was in the geology programme I believe, I have also seen the coastline programme, which made me pine for the rockpools.
Thank you VV for stepping in there, I am lashing out everywhere, got a lot of anger at present and I hope to start dealing with it better soon. Lots of deep breaths needed.

Traveller in Time happy this does not evolve into a 'fight'
"Just take it that my intentions are good, but the words (in any language) are sometimes not chosen too well.
Good to see you are at least calm again , I was afraid had done more harm then good on the other thread.
Hmm, again perhaps not formulated with the best words, how about my hiding behind masks as I say on my Personal Space ? I have nothing to hide, just by doing so I can be more open then when I would not.
seems not to make sense at all, well, perhaps it does not, perhaps it does?
Many, perhpas most people come to this site to vent ideas, have a laugh and relax. When I see someone not happy, I try to turn that a little into a more positive approach. Indeed this gives sometimes just the opposite effect. Well I tried.
Have you seen the Happy couple on 'Azahar's project ? "

Lets talk tv instead, that will give me a convo where I can relax and be happy instead. I realise you acted in the best intentions, I am not feeling greatly logical or reasonable at present though and so did not recognise that at first.
So was it the geology prog you saw or the coast one? I found it annoying the coast one was on Friday and Sunday, but it was good and brought back memories. The first episode had concrete sound magnifier things in it, which I had never heard of before. They amplified the sound of planes long before they were in sight.
The geology prog is good as well, last episode was all about colour and the rocks which made the colours.
Its good to see some good tv again.

Traveller in Time not in conrtol of the remote
"We just saw the coast of south England, and while I have been there twice, my father liked to travel more or less at random during hollidays, my wife recognised some places too. She has been hiking with some friends on their bicycles in the area.
We did not see the beginning or the end of the 'documentary', just a small part.
During our hollidays we tried to find beaches, without a map, or asking locals, just followeing roads and when we found a nice place, or the day was over we searched for 'bed and breakfast' signs.
