Just FYI, the last couple of months, my contact with Mum is very sparse. She's just too swamped by others. And the few calls I get usually involve a brief cry for help. So the only way I can know some of what she faces, and answer in a sensible fashion, is to browse common contacts. Be assured, I don't and won't post without an invite. I'm not one to intrude.
