This page A573833 is very helpful, although ignore everything it says about the welcome mat.

We have a new page A1911296 which helps us to catch newbies that have been missed from the list because someone has already posted to their page

The <./>newusers</.> list - it is important to make sure that you always tick the box that says welcome only those from this site, and the box that says newbies that have had no posting made to them - those aces should welcome.

As I said newbies that have had a post made to them by a non-ace get picked up on the stats page. (hope all that made sense! If not it will eventually

If a new user has external links then check them if you can (unless you are on digibox) to see if they are ok. Any links that go directly to a commercial site need, the page needs yikesed so the mods can remove the link.

Natalie has sent you an invitation to join the aces yahoo group, so make sure you accept that.

Other than that - remember what was said in the thread of your audition F84333?thread=311292 and GO FOR IT

Any discussions about newbies that you need help with or want advice on are best done on the yahoo group.

But don't be afraid to ask for help, we will all give you any help or advice you need
